Department of Training -WWS-Student Guru Series 1
Student Guru, the student-led teaching program, provides an opportunity for senior scholars to teach their juniors and thus enhance their presentation and tutorial skills. This event was held on the 29th and 30th of September . The senior students also took sessions for junior classes in the presence of the concerned subject teachers. This session was very effective for the students.
World Youth Skills Day 2022
The Training Department of our college commemorated the 'World Youth Skills Day', an initiative by the United Nations, on July 15th 2022, with an objective to spread awareness and celebrate the strategic importance of equipping young people with technical, vocational education training, and the development of other skills relevant to ensure employment and decent work.

Ltd., for the final year UG students of the Departments of Commerce, Computer Science and English Language & Literature in the month of June 2022.

Faculty Rejuvenation Programme
The faculty rejuvenation program is a three-day session organized by the training department prior to the commencement of every academic year to reinforce and rejuvenate faculty members. The training focuses on classroom management, effective teaching skills, teaching with technology, teaching pedagogy, student-faculty relationships, emotional stability, teacher bonding, etc. The specific areas of interest are gathered from the inputs given by the faculty members based on their contextual needs and the changing climate of education and competent trainers are outsourced.
