World Environment Day 2023
World Environment Day celebration of the academic year was organised on June 5th by NSS in collaboration with the Bhoomitrasena Club. In the forenoon session a formal meeting was conducted which was presided over by Rev. Fr. Dr. Paulachan K. J., Principal and Executive Director, NIMIT . Mr. P. C. Naipunnya College curated a special exhibition on the life of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on 31st October 2022.A special assembly was conducted highlighting the importance of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on the same day.
Gandhi Jayanti Observation
As part of the Gandhi Jayanti observation, the NSS unit of the college donated a water dispenser to the students of Government U. P. School, Malakkapara. They also made a beautiful garden for the institution. The programme was organised under the guidance of Ms. Emil George, NSS Asst. World Environment Day was celebrated at the Naipunnya Institute of Management and Technology (NIMIT), Pongam on June 7, 2022. The function was inaugurated by planting saplings on and around the college campus. Through this initiative, students and faculty reckoned with the importance of planting trees as well as caring for nature.
