Vismaya

Vismaya, or Arts day, is one of the most important events of the year for both students and faculty at NIMIT. Vismaya is a celebration of the wonderful talent pool at campus and as the name suggests, is a day of amazement and jollity. Throughout the day, various literary and non literary competitions are held encouraging a healthy competitive spirit among students. Vismaya provides a platform for students to showcase their cultural talent, enhance social interplay, and is always filled with fun and fervor. Students are divided into four different houses enabling them to interact with their peers, think creatively and execute their novel ideas in a successful way. For students, Vismaya is an affair of planning, teamwork, hard work, leadership and multitasking. Rather than focusing solely on academic excellence, NIMIT provides students with the best possible opportunities to excel in extra curricular activities. An energetic crowd present at campus makes use of these possibilities to the maximum, ensuring their valuable participation. Vismaya being one of the best examples of it.
