Ms. Akhila Thomas is an Assistant Professor of the department of Commerce and also teaches management related courses for the Hotel Management department, bridging expertise in both disciplines. With a strong foundation in Commerce and Finance, she holds an MBA in Finance and a Commerce degree with Computer Application specialization. Combining 10 years of industry experience with over 8 years of teaching experience, she brings a unique blend of expertise to education. Her achievements include coordinating international conferences and serving as FYUGP Department Co-ordinator. Ms. Akhila has successfully cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) for the post of Assistant Professor. Her teaching expertise encompasses Research Methodology, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Food and Beverage Management, Hotel Accounting, Event Management, Hospitality Entrepreneurship, Sales and Marketing Management, and Service Marketing.
