Mr. Jithu Doyal is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Hotel Management at NIMIT and a Research Scholar at Sunrise University. He holds a Master’s degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Madurai Kamaraj University and a 3-year Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering from Naipunnya College, KIITS. With 13 years of international industry experience in the Front Office and Food & Beverage Service departments, he brings a wealth of hands-on expertise to academics. He has 5 years of teaching experience under Calicut University and he has specialized in Front Office, Theory and Practical sessions, Tourism Studies, and Event Management. He serves as the NAAC Criteria Leader, contributing to quality assurance and academic excellence. Mr. Jithu has presented and published papers in national and international journals. He was honoured with the Best Distinguished Award in his teaching career, recognizing his dedication, innovation, and excellence in hospitality education.
