Keraleeyam
The Keralaleeyam celebration held on November 1st marked the formation of the state of Kerala, commemorating the historic unification during the Kerala Formation Day. The programme highlighted the rich cultural heritage, traditions, and achievements of Kerala through various activities such as traditional performances, cultural programs, and awareness sessions. Students and participants actively engaged in showcasing Kerala’s unity in diversity, its art forms, and social progress. The celebration fostered a sense of pride and belonging, reminding everyone of the state’s values of harmony, literacy, and development while honoring its historical significance.
Vinyasa - YOGA
The International Yoga Day celebration, observed annually on International Day of Yoga, was organized to promote the importance of yoga for physical health, mental well-being, and overall harmony. The programme included guided yoga sessions, breathing exercises, and awareness talks highlighting the benefits of regular practice in reducing stress and improving concentration.
