World Environment Day Celebration
World Environment Day was celebrated at the Naipunnya Institute of Management and Technology (NIMIT), Pongam on June 7, 2022. The function was inaugurated by planting saplings on and around the college campus. Through this initiative, students and faculty reckoned with the importance of planting trees as well as caring for nature.
Institutional Visit
The institutional outreach program is organized by the first and second year UG students of NIMIT. A list of institutions is allotted to different departments and in accordance with that, the coordinators plan and organize social services for all the class. An institution is allotted for each class for all the four semesters. The class has to conduct at least an activity in a semester in this allotted institution. The practice of doing outreach programs in the allotted institution is specifically called Institutional Outreach Program. LA LINGUISTIQUE- Foreign Language Cell Inauguration
The Foreign Language Cell of the Department of Additional Languages, La Linguistique, was inaugurated on December 1, 2021. The programme started at 2:00pm. This session aimed to enlighten the students about the importance of learning foreign languages.
Calicut University Netball Championship
Naipunnya College Bagged the First Prize Koratty: Naipunnya college, the host institution, won the first prize in Calicut University Inter-Collegiate Men's Netball Championship. Christ college, Irinjalakuda and Sahradaya college, Kodakara secured the second and third prizes respectively. In the women's category, Sahradaya college, Kodakara bagged the first prize. Naippunya college, Koratty and Christ college, Irinjalakuda could secure the second and third positions respectively. The deputy director of the Department of Physical Education, Dr. Dinu. M.
