The MBA Department at Naipunnya Institute of Management and Information Technology (NIMIT) is committed to nurturing responsible, innovative, and  globally competent business leaders. NIMIT is a flagship initiative of the Archdiocese of Ernakulam-Angamaly, established in 1998 under the visionary leadership of Rev. Fr. Sebastian Kalapurackal, Founder Director of the Naipunnya group of institutions. Guided by the mission “To reach the unreachable,” the institution has been dedicated to providing quality education and creating opportunities for holistic development. The Department of MBA, established in 2012, has consistently adapted to the evolving needs of the global business environment. The department emphasizes innovation in teaching, experiential learning, and research-based academic practices, ensuring that students develop the managerial competence required to succeed in today’s competitive business world. The MBA program is designed to provide students with a dynamic learning environment that integrates academic excellence with practical exposure.
