Presently works as an administrator and teacher. Has ties to NIMIT dating back to January 2002. Has been promoted to Vice Principal (Academics) as of June 2021. Possess an advanced diploma in Indian and International Finance and Accounting as well as a Masters degree in Commerce from the University of Pune with a focus on Business Administration. Is an alumni of Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce, Pune. Is a recipient of the SAD-GURU Award 2014 instituted by the University of Calicut for the Student Rated -Best Teacher of College in the year 2014.
Teaching and Research Interests
Teaching and research interests are in the area of Business Law, Marketing Management and Organizational Behaviour.
Work Experience
- Coordinated the Outbound Training Programme for PG Students facilitating outdoor simulated exchange activities involving lecture, panel discussion, cultural exchange activities and leisure tour.
- Organized a “LEADERSHOP” a three day leadership workshop for student members of Leading Hands Programme.
- Programme Coordinator of Intercollegiate Management Fest – Resonance.
- Catered to the needs of the differently-abled by raising funds and fulfilling the requirements of the deprived by organizing a programme ‘Snehasangamam’.
- Coordinated Extension Programme-Training for XI and XII Class students of St.Joseph’s Higher Secondary School, Karukutty on the subject ‘Goal Setting-Meaning, Aim of the Soul: LIFE’ (2019).
- An inn-house soft skill trainer and mentor, helping students to enhance their ability to communicate effectively and confidently.
- An Internal Quality Auditor, ensuring the organizational processes and services result and comply with the requirements of standards (ISO 9001-2015) as well as customer, regulatory and the organization’s own requirements.
