Food and Beverage Production Lab
The food production labs (Basic, Quantity and Advanced) are well set with all state-of-the-art equipment required for a real hotel kitchen. The trainee is provided with an individual worktable, cooking range, tool kit and other accessories. With daily demos and individual cooking, the students build up their confidence to become expert cooks in a short time. With international standards of hygiene and food handling techniques the food production lab stands out to be one of the best of its kind.
