Swaraj 2022
As a part of the Independence Day celebrations, SWARAJ 2022 was a week-long celebration from 10/8/2022 to 12/8/2022. They presented a list of competitions to enliven the spirit of freedom among the student community. The competitions and events were patriotic song, duet dance, swaraj quiz, tableau, and elocution competition, and all the winners were rewarded.

National Javelin Day Competition: 2022 Naipunnya College of Management and Technology (NIMIT), Korratty is proud to announce that Nandini K K (II B.Com Cop.) has secured the Bronze medal in the Under 20 Kerala State Javelin Throw competition held at Victoria College, Palakkad conducted by the Kerala State Athletics Association. The department of Physical Education, faculty members, and the student community of Naipunnya congratulate her for their achievement.
Mixed Kerala Tug Of War Championship: 2022
Mixed Kerala Tug Of War Championship: 2022 Naipunnya College, Pongam Korratty, is proud to announce that two of our students have been selected to the Under 19 Mixed Kerala Tug Of War team coaching camp for the upcoming National Championship 2022. Angel Paul and Amal Biju were selected for the team and the department of Physical Education, faculty members, and the Naipunnya student community congratulate them for their commitment to sport and their achievements. The championship game will be held at Panvel, Maharashtra, and both students are set to partake in the event.
Department of English: Faculty Development Programme
As a part of the Faculty Development Program, a workshop was conducted by the PG Department of English on Content writing and Freelance writing for the teachers of PG Department of English and Department of Additional Languages on July 30, 2022. The seminar began at 10 a.m. in the Conference Hall (Chetana). A total of 16 teachers attended the seminar. The program commenced with a prayer by Ms. Greena Joseph followed by Ms. Grace K. The PG Department of English at Naipunnya Institute of Management and Technology conducted a college-level seminar and workshop on content writing and freelance writing for the students of BA and MA English in the Seminar Hall, MBA block, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The resource person discussed various forms of writing and ways students could earn through content writing.

Career in Hotel Industry with one – year certificate program
NIMIT offered a short, one-year craft certificate programme in the specialised trade of Food Production and Restaurant Management to equip students with the basic skills required in kitchens and restaurants. Entry level jobs in the hospitality industry are guaranteed to those students who perform very well. It was held on July 18, 2022, at 9:30 a.m.
