Ananthu Vasudev started his career with Infosys in Pune. After two years, at the age of 23, he left the job and returned to Kerala, and created an NGO that provided educational assistance to individuals in need throughout South India. He switched careers and worked as a Manager for Operations, as well as getting active in recruitments. He co-founded The Bridge in 2015, which specializes in branding, digital marketing, and marketing strategy. With over 8 years of experience in HR and recruitment within his specialty of Operations Management, he realized the necessity to upskill youngsters to boost employability and has been working towards the dream. He is currently the Founder and CEO of The Evolvers Project.

The Evolvers Project is his promise to youth, which will help them become more employable by encouraging them to ask questions, think independently, and come up with their own solutions.
