Earn while you learn was a new initiative of P.G Department of English associating with Naipunnya Institute of Management and Information Technology. This programme was coordinated by Ms. Grace K benny and Dr. Purnima S Kumar. This programme was basically to tutor weak students of English from all departments. The P.G students of English department was trained by Ms. Grace K Benny to take class and support the students. Ten tutors from P.G class came forward and they helped to tutor the weak students after their class hours. A remuneration amount was paid to these students from the college for providing a tutorial facility.
