Description
Richi Thomas, Assistant Professor, has over 18 years of combined experience, with 10 years in the hospitality industry across various five-star hotels and approximately 8 years in academics. He holds an MBA in Tourism & Hospitality, and M.Sc. in Hotel Management, Mr. Richi is currently pursuing his doctoral degree. . His areas of expertise include Rooms Division, Food & Beverage Management, and Tourism & Hospitality Management. He has presented and published research papers in national and international journals. He serves as an external examiner for the University of Calicut. Mr. Richi is also an active member of the Board of Studies. He serves as the Academic Coordinator of the department. He was honored with the Distinguished Faculty Award in June 2023. A committed educator and training professional, he focuses on developing students’ employability skills and enhancing their competency for successful careers in hospitality.Academic Qualifications
