Dr. Joy Joseph Puthussery completed his degree and PG from Nirmala College with University ranks. He joined the Reserve Bank of India in 1982. Later he joined as a Junior Lecturer in Bharata Mata College, Thrikkakara in 1983. He completed his ICMA degree from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India in 1988. He was awarded a Ph.D. from Cochin University of Science and Technology in 1994 and subsequently he was promoted as Reader and Associate Professor. He was elevated as a fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accounts in 2006. He was promoted as Principal in 2011. He was an approved Research Guide for more than 20 years and produced 10 Ph.Ds. under his guidance. He attended numerous seminars at National and International levels and published 35 research papers. Dr. Joy is the author of two University books. He was awarded as the best Principal of the State in 2014. He retired from Bharata Mata College in 2015 and joined as Dean of Studies and IQAC Coordinator in Naipunnya Institute of Management and Information Technology. He still continues as a NAAC consultant and visiting faculty to different universities and professional bodies.Academic Qualifications
