Eight years of job experience working across all three major development sectors—Livelihood, Education, and Health Development in various states of India. Additionally, I have six years of research experience, collaborating with students, faculty members, and guides at Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, Kerala. While pursuing my PhD, I have been actively engaged in various academic responsibilities, including teaching classes, exam duties, and conducting viva voce. These dynamic roles as a research scholar have enriched my academic journey, and I look forward to further learning, excelling in academia, and contributing to students' development. Furthermore, my three years of counselling experience in schools have equipped me with the skills to support students' scholastic development alongside their academic growth. This experience allows me to effectively intervene and guide students, fostering both their educational and personal progress.
