• Done a presentation on the topic “A study on innovative E-HRM practices and challenges faced by the IT Industry” at the one-day national conference in Gopalan College of Commerce, Bangalore on 24 th Jan 2023.
• Done a presentation on the topic “A study on the role of influencer marketing and YouTube content creators on buyer behaviors” at the national conference in Dr. Zakir Hussain College, Tamil Nadu on 6 th March 2021.
