As a part of the Innovation Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC) of Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM), IEDC awareness programme was conducted by the Centre for Innovation Extension and Continuing Education (CIECE) for the interested students and faculties on 14th September 2022, 10.30am at Seminar hall, NIMIT Main block. Eighty-four students were attended the programme.
The program commenced with a prayer followed by a welcome speech by Mr. Athul Remesh, IEDC Member, third year BBA student. The resource person for the program was Mr. Ajay Basil Varghese, Nodal Officer, Adi shankara TBI & IEDC. He spoke extensively on the scope of Innovation & Entrepreneurship. He gave a good insight about the idea patenting and idea pitching. The seminar made more productive and efficacious with the inclusion of students interaction and question answer session. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Aishwarya Rajesh, IEDC Finance Lead, Second year B.Com F (B).
