Devika Sudheer (1st BA English) has been selected for the Kerala team for the National Khelo India Under 19 Junior Volleyball Championship to be held at Simla, Himachal Pradesh from 2nd to 6th November 2022. She was selected in the final selection trial held at Alphonsa College, Pala.
Blessing ceremony of High Jump Mat
The blessing ceremony of the newly purchased High Jump bed at our College was held yesterday (26/10/2022) at 7.30am in the main ground. The bed was blessed by Rev.Fr. Dr. Paulachan.K.J, Executive Director and Principal, NIMIT, Koratty. 74 students who are receiving training in various disciplines have participated in the function. This was followed by a performance by students who were training in the high jump.
Young Achievers Award 2022
Young Achievers Award is a programme in which the students of NIMIT&NBS staff members are honored for the excellence in their academic performance in Tenth, Plus two.UG and PG. There were 16 students who were honored during the function. The programme was presided by the Principal Rev.Fr.Dr. Paulachan KJ and the chief guest was Rev.Fr Dr.Jimmy Poochakkatt ,Rector ,St.George Basilica , Angamaly.The function was attended by around 50 members including the awardees along with their family members.
