The institution practices various welfare measures to create a good working environment for the teaching as well as the non- teaching staff.
The institution believes that it is important to create an atmosphere where the staff feel unrestrained and find a balance in not only attaining the organisational goals but also their personal goals.
Some of the prominent welfare measures include Employees Provident Fund and ESI Benefits, Maternity leave for teaching and non- teaching staff, Subsidized canteen, Stationery store facilities for all staff, Interest free loan facilities and Advance salary payment, Gratuity and Group Insurance .
Also conducting staff tours once in a year and a get-together named as ORUMA is also conducted once in a year. Also we celebrate all teaching and non-teaching teachers birthdays.
