Vice principal's message
Naipunnya is soaring high and reaching new heights as the years pass by, marking achievements and progress in academics, co-curricular and extracurricular activities. The academic year 2017-2018 journeyed through a series of events which enlivened campus life and molded the student community to face a bigger world outside the campus walls. In academics, it was a glorious year for all the departments.
The University results of all the batches were excellent this year. It would have been unattainable without the constant commitment and dedication of the College Management and the teachers. We congratulate our students who have risen to our expectations. In keeping with the rich tradition of honoring the high achievers in academics, the best stu-dent in each department is awarded every year with a memento and a cash prize. 51 endowments are this awarded to the best performers in academics.
The teachers of our college are also updating themselves making the college proud, by their achievements in various fields. This year, Dr. Tessy Poulouse of the Languages department was honored by the Governor, at Sree Shanakara University, Kalady, in a function honoring PhD holders. Chef Prabhakaran K G of the Hotel Management Department won the best chef award for South Indian recipe and Chef Febi Joseph won the best chef award for salads, organized by SICA (South Indian Chefs Association) Kerala Chapter.
